Boathouses in Vietnam metal print by Cameron Wood.   Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. As I was crossing a bridge on my motorcycle, this view caught me eye and compelled me to take a shot into the misty distance.

My interest in photography began in teenage-hood (a very long time ago) with the purchase of a Yashica Lynx 5000E. This was a 35mm rangefinder, which I soon outgrew for a Minolta SRT-101, and then bought a few Minolta models throughout the years. Somewhere along the way, I also purchased a Topcon, a workhorse of a 35mm film camera. Many years later down the road, I bought my first digital camera, and was quite frankly, underwhelmed, and it took me several more years to make the transition to a digital format. I believe it was in 2005, I purchased Sony's Alpha 100, and was pleasantly pleased until I once again outgrew this model, and made the move to Sony's a77.
